From sketch to the final flow, our process is as deliberate as it is beautiful.
Custom Design & Planning
Once we understand your vision and your site, we get to work on a fully custom design. We don't use templates. Each waterfall is drawn up with your specific space in mind, stone selection, water flow rate, basin depth, surrounding planting, and integration with existing hardscaping are all mapped out before a single stone is lifted.
You'll receive a detailed design proposal with a visual layout, material breakdown, and timeline. We walk you through it together and refine until every detail feels right.
Discovery & Site Assessment
Every project begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand how you use your space, what draws you to water features, and what kind of atmosphere you want to create, calm and meditative, bold and dramatic, or something entirely your own.
We then conduct an on-site assessment to evaluate dimensions, existing landscaping, drainage, lighting conditions, and structural considerations. No two spaces are the same, and we never treat them that way.
Installation
The materials make the difference between a waterfall that looks placed and one that looks like it belongs. We source natural stone, slate, granite, and custom-cut materials chosen specifically for your project's aesthetic, whether that's rugged and naturalistic or polished and architectural.
All materials are selected for durability in outdoor conditions, low maintenance, and long-term consistency. We show you samples before anything is ordered, so there are no surprises.
Material Selection
Our installation team handles every stage in-house, excavation, waterproofing, pump and filtration system setup, stone placement, and finishing. We work methodically, treating your property with care throughout the entire process.
Depending on the scale of the project, most installations are completed within one to two weeks. We keep you informed at every stage and do a full walkthrough with you before we consider the job done.
Finishing & Handover
Before we hand over your waterfall, we run a complete system check, flow rate, pump performance, water containment, and drainage. We make sure everything is functioning exactly as designed.
You'll receive a straightforward maintenance guide and our direct contact details for any follow-up questions. Our work doesn't end at handover, we stand behind every waterfall we build.
